It is as complicated or simple as the user makes it. Instructions for care/use (for both items) were sent to you at the time of purchase, in which are helpful suggestions as to how to use the oils. It is up to the buyer to determine how they use magical oils in their practice. If you have questions about how to do magic in general, I do offer consultations which you can purchase in my shop.
